2.4 Run / syntax check / debug

These options let the user add self-defined shortcuts to the LinkBar left of CamelRider's form.

Following, a description of the settings:

2.3.1.1 Available links: already existing items ready to be modified (by clicking, the properties appear).
2.3.1.2 Create: adds a new shortcut.
2.3.1.3 Remove: removes a shortcut from the list.
2.3.1.4 Program / file: the location of a new / existing program or file.
2.3.1.5 Parameters: if 2.3.1.4 is an application, this defines additional command-line parameters.
2.3.1.6 Icon: specifies an icon representing the link. The icon must be kept in a .exe or .dll resource and is indexed, e.g. "C:\Windows\system\cool.dll,0 takes the first icon from "cool.dll".
2.3.1.7 Okay: saves the properties for a new or existing item / shortcut.
